I am very happy we were able to get a house and I give y’all all the credit, but after the sell my salesman disappeared. I have asked questions by text never received any response. I went to the office and asked never received any responses. Y’all really need to give the buyers all the paperwork for the appliances, thermostat and ac. When I asked for them I was told they were on line, I don’t do on line I want hard copies actual paperwork that came with all that stuff.
